PRF INJECTIONS WITH MICRONEEDLING

Microneedling with PRF injections is a global approach to improve skin texture, reducing pore size, even skin tone; and, smooth fine lines and wrinkles.

A small amount of your blood is drawn then spun in a centrifuge at high speeds which separates the Platelet-Rich Fibrin (PRF) from other blood components. Then the PRF is inserted into your skin through micro-channels created by using tiny needles.

Both the PRF and the channels created by the micro-needles stimulate a healing, multi-potent variety of cells including those that secrete collagen, resulting in skin that is smoother, healthier and brighter.

Pre-Treatment: 30 minute topical numbing, drinking extra amounts of water 2 hours before your treatment
Treatment time: 30 to 40 minutes
Results are seen: usually within a week
Frequency of treatments*: initially 3 treatments 4 to 6 weeks apart then 2 to 3 times a year

SPIDER VEIN TREATMENT

Sclerotherapy involves an injection of a Asclera®, an FDA-approved solution, directly into the vein. The solution irritates the lining of the blood vessel, causing it to collapse and stick together and the blood to clot. Over time, the vessel turns into scar tissue that fades from view.

Several treatments may be needed to diminish spider veins. The more recent the condition, the easier it is to treat. An ultrasound test can determine if spider veins are a symptom of a deeper circulatory problem.

Frequency of treatments*: as needed
Post-care: compression stockings will be used for 1 week minimum.
